Welcome to Southampton Samaritans

Southampton Samaritans provide confidential non-judgemental emotional support, 24 hours a day for people who are experiencing feelings of distress or despair, including those which could lead to suicide.

Whatever you're going through, whether it's big or small, don't bottle it up. We are here for you if you're worried about something, feel upset or confused, or just want to talk to someone.

You can phone, e-mail or come along to the Southampton branch to speak to someone in person - we are open 24 hours a day for phone calls and e-mails, and from 8.00am to 10.00pm for in-person visits.
